Frame design: From material selection, design, processing, welding, painting to the finished product, we have done 2 years of testing to ensure that riders have a better riding experience.
The material of the DOGGY flat cargo frame is made of 4130 chromium-molybdenum steel. In terms of geometric design, the frame is suitable for 26/20-inch wheels, which has a higher load-bearing. The upper and lower platform design can freely expand the basket and make reasonable use of space. The front and rear thru axle design increases the strength and the selection of direct-mounted disc brakes is wider.
The upper and lower bridge pieces are welded to ensure that the middle support is more stable and durable.
DOOGY flat cargo frame is TIG-welded. This welding process is an ideal
application for steel frame with optimal rate of weight to strength.
LEG welding method is applied in the fork for its heavy load.
The Front triangle uses double butted to reduce weight but increase strength.
Painting: After the frame is polished, it is treated with phosphating, ED electrophoretic black (the electrophoretic paint uses PPG pigments from the United States), primer, topcoat, and varnish for five layers of protective treatment, which is durable. The paint uses Taiwan pigments, the red and blue makes the rider feel more happy.
