Steel Frame is the preferred choice for long-distance riding due to
 its outstanding ombination of tenacity, damping capacity and machinability. 
 DOGGY Postman disc 26’’ touring bike is made of chromemolybdenum 
steel.The excellent damping capacity of the frame and the fork ensures the 
optimal balance for riding efficiency and comfortibility. 

DOGGY frame is personalized designing according to height and figure. 
The head tube,  seat tube angle, BB drop as well as the length of
 the chain stay areall specially designed  for longdistance riding.
 It’s available to fix rack, mudguard, and kick stand, to ensure
 riding comfortbility. 

DOOGY frame is TIG-welded. This welding process is an ideal 
application for steel  frame with optimal rate of weight to strength.
 LEG welding method is applied in the fork  for its heavy load. 
The Front triangle uses double butted to reduce weight but increase  strength. The inwall is phosphorized to enhance the paint adhesion as well
 as avoiding  from rusting.
