From material selection, design, processing, welding, painting to the finished product, we have done a lot of testing to ensure that riders have a better riding experience.

Frame design: a new geometric design, the frame is designed with comfortable geometry for different heights. The retro shape, combined with thru axel + flat mount disc brake design, not only shows elegance but also keeps pace with the times. The frame is designed based on the tire diameter (700*38c). Under the installing fenders, the 700c frame is matched with the tire size: 700*28c~38c or 27.5*1.85”~2.1”.

Welding: DOGGY frame is welded by reliable TIG welding. This welding method can make a steel frame with a good weight-to-strength ratio. The front fork bears a lot of force and is welded with LUG welding. The top tube, down tube, and seat tube use double butted to reduce weight and increase strength.

Painting: After the frame is polished, it is treated with phosphating, ED electrophoretic black (the electrophoretic paint uses PPG pigments from the United States), primer, topcoat, and varnish for five layers of protective treatment, which is durable. The paint uses Taiwan pigments, the red and blue makes the rider feel more happy.
